The Company was originally incorporated on September 26, 2019 as a private limited company as “Sailani Tours N Travels Private Limited” vide Registration No. 234136 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 10, 2021 the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Sailani Tours N Travels Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on October 07, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U63090WB2019PLC234136.
