The Company was incorporated as ÂJeevo Motors Finance Company LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated October 22, 2009 bearing registration number 196617 of 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. The name of our Company was changed to ÂSanasa Tech Feb LimitedÂ pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated February 21, 2014, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.

Sanasa Tech Feb is involved in trading of grey fabric and textile products viz. suiting and shirting.

Company initially incorporated with an objective to do a business of Auto finance and other financial services. However due to sluggish market conditions and fiercely competitive financial markets, we did not pursue the business of financing. In the meantime, during the current year, we started trading of various textile products which are of high quality and also bulk trading.
