The Company was incorporated as Sanghvi Brands Promoters Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated February 16, 2010, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed from Sanghvi Brands Promoters Private Limited to Sanghvi Brands Private Limited vide shareholderÂs approval on January 09, 2017 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 21, 2017. Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to which the name of the company was changed to ÂSanghvi Brands LimitedÂ vide shareholderÂs approval on June 29, 2017 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 21, 2017.

- Entered in International phase by acquiring operating rights of LÂOccitane Spa in USA, Middle east and Sri Lanka

- Established Wholly Owned Subsidiary in USA

2016

- Established Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Sri Lanka

2017

- MyHomeFitness, a franchise model developed by the Company

- The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of Incorporation dated July 21, 2017.

- Consolidated turnover crossed Rs. 2500 Lakhs and Standalone turnover crossed Rs. 1000 Lakhs.
