The Company was promoted on June 30, 1994 with the main object to manufacture/import/export/deal/distribute drugs, IV Fluids, medicines, surgical, medicinal and optical instruments, pharmaceutical and biological products & equipments and to construct and manage hospitals, nursing homes, health resorts and diagnostic centres. The Company
obtained certificate of commencement of business on September 12, 1994. The Company has filed relevant Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum and obtained acknowledgement from Department of Industrial Development vide its letter 4104/SIA/IMO/94 dated November 29,
1994 for manufacture of I.V.Fluids in PP/PE bottles. SIL is presently engaged in implementation of the I.V.Fluid project at Sonarpur, 24 Paraganas (South), West Bengal.

PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY

During the period since incorporation, the company is involved in implementing the project for manufacture of I.V.Fluids in PP/PE bottles.

During the year ended March 31, 1995, the company traded in colour T.V. sets. However, for the period ending Feb 29, 1996, no trading or any other business has taken place in the company.
