The Company was originally incorporated on May 06, 1998 as ÂSharika Enterprises Private LimitedÂ vide CIN U51311DL1998PTC093690 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from ÂSharika Enterprises Private LimitedÂ to ÂSharika Enterprises LimitedÂ vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 08, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 21, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

1998

- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of ÂSharika Enterprises Private LimitedÂ

2000

- Introduced LS Cables (a group company of LG, South Korea) in India for 220 kV XLPE cables in Pragati Power Projects, Delhi.

2002

- Received orders from Delhi Metro (DMRC).

2004

- Associated with Andritz Hydro in developing their Hydro Power Projects with National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and State Electricity Boards, especially in north and north-east India.

2005

- We have introduced futuristic power products in India such as Medium Voltage Screened Connectors and Bushings from NKT/Germany and a range of LED Lighting Products from Dongbu Lightec Co. Ltd, South Korea.

2009

- Introduced LS Cables in India for 400 kV XLPE cables

2010

- LS Cables supplied more than 500km of 220 kV XLPE Cables in India.

2011

- Quality Management System of our Company was approved as per the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008.

- Received SME3 rating from CRISIL.

2012

- Successfully completed prestigious Rooftop Solar Power Projects in the J&K State with JAKEDA (Prestigious Agency of J&K State).

2013

- Awarded first Mini/ Micro Hydro Project of SURASYAR 2MW in the state of Jammu & Kashmir by JAKEDA.

2015

- Turnover crossed Rs. 10 crores.

2017

- Quality Management System of our Company was approved as per the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015.

- Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 21,2017.

2018

-Company secured new order of Rs. 858.73 Lacs for survey design, erection, testing and commissioning services for augmentation of sub-station and for 33/22 KV single and double circuit lines.

-Sharika Enterprises Limited has received a Letter of AwardÂ worth INR 60 million (approx) for Designing, Engineering, Testing, Commissioning and Supply of Fault Passage Indicator (FPI) and Fault Sensing Indicator (FSI) from one of major public utility company.

-Sharika Enterprises bagged order worth Rs 40.33 cr.

2020

-The company has received the order from BHEL for Supply & Services of "132 & 220KV Cable & Accessories for UPPTCL RASARA (BALLIA) AND SHAMLI PROJECT", amounting 26.55 Crore (INR Twenty Six Crore Fifty Five Lacs Only) Including Taxes.

2021

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

2023

-Sharika Enterprises Limited have received a turnkey project order from J&K Power Transportation Limited (JKPTCL).

2024
-Sharika Enterprises Limited successfully completed Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning (SITC) of 220 kV XLPE Cable at Naitwar Mori Hydro Power Plant.

-Sharika Enterprises bags 132kV underground Cable Project from UPPTCL.

-Sharika Enterprises joins hands with Russian engineering pioneer ENS for Digital Power solutions in India.
