SHIKHAR CONSULTANTS LIMITED, was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 19th March, 1993 by Shri Babulal Agrawal, Shri Bharat Deora and Shri Vishwa Praksh Mundra to carry on the business of Merchant Banking. The Company was later on converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution dated 6.9.94 & certificate of change of name dated 21.10.94 was obtained Registrar of Companies, Bombay. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at A/41 Nandjyot Industrial Estate, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri(E), Bombay
400072.

The Company is registered with the Securities & Exchanges Board of India as a Merchant Bankers-Category IV vide their Certificate of Registration No.INM000004521 dated July 21, 1994.

The company at present, is giving advisory services related to Public Issues, Project Counseling & Structuring. The Company is also doing its own Equity Research and giving Investment consultancy services to its clients.

The Company now plans to expand its operations to include fund based activities like share trading, equity investments and investment banking.
