The Company was originally incorporated on January 28, 2010, in the name and style of ÂSMVD Poly Pack Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Deputy Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂSMVD Poly Pack LimitedÂ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company dated August 22, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, bearing Corporate Identity Number U25200WB2010PLC141483.

2010
