The Company was originally incorporated as ÂSoni Soya Products Private LimitedÂ at Indore, as a Private Limited Company under the provision of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 17, 2014 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51225MP2014PTC033203 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Annual General Meeting held on August 02, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Soni Soya Products Limited vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 14, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
