The Company was originally formed and registered as a partnership firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 (ÂPartnership

ActÂ) in the name and style of ÂM/s Sonu EnterprisesÂ, pursuant to a deed of partnership dated September 01, 2001. The

constitution of partnership firm were changed on November 14th, 2014.Thereafter the constitution of partnership firm

were changed on July 6, 2017 by admission of partners. Subsequently, "M/s. Sonu Enterprises" was converted from a

partnership firm to a public limited company under Part I chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 in the name of ÂSonu

Infratech LimitedÂ and received a certificate of incorporation dated September 29, 2017 from the Central Registration

Center, Registrar of Companies.Â
