The company was incorporated as ÂSorich Foils Private LimitedÂ on January 19, 2011 under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Pursuant to a special resolution of our Shareholders dated January 31, 2018, the company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the conversion was issued to the company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on February 07, 2018.
