Supreme Facility Management Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on May 19, 2005 as ÂSupreme Facility Management Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 19, 2005 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Subsequently, the Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Registered Office general meeting held on February 9, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed from ÂSupreme Facility Management Private LimitedÂ to ÂSupreme Facility Management LimitedÂ, pursuant conversion from private to public company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 1, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies.

- Incorporated as Supreme Facility Management Private Limited

2016

- Reached 100 Client Sites, with a turnover of Rs 100 crores plus

2018

- Acquisition of 55% stake in Trimurty Utility Services Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Corporate Food Solution services and further addition of the customer in IFM and Manpower Supply business segment

2019

- Acquisition of 66.67% stake in Everdew Engineering Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Production Support Service

2020

-Received Felicitation from Gujarat CM for Providing 450+Jobs in Covid.

2021

- Incorporation of one of our Subsidiary Ialpha Mobility Solution Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Employee Transportation Segment

2022

- Crossed the Revenue of Rs 200 crores

2023

-Crossed revenue of 300+Cr, in Single year revenue is grow by 100+Cr. Reached to fleet of 400 by placing single order of 100 Vehicle to BharatBenz for the client Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd.

2024

- Conversion from a private limited company to public limited company.

- Acquisition of additional 45% stake in Trimurty Utility Services Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Corporate Food Solution services and further addition of the customer in IFM and Manpower Supply business segment

-Crossed Manpower Strength of 10000+ and fleet Vehicles 400+.

- Acquisition of CleanwayManagement Systems (India) Private Limited AND Ashok Business Service India Private Limited withÂ Supreme Facility Management Limited''.
