The Company was originally incorporated as ÂTaylormade Solar Solutions Private LimitedÂ at Ahmedabad, Gujarat on July 28, 2010, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli, bearing Corporate Identification Number U29307GJ2010PTC061759. Subsequently, name of the Company was changed from ÂTaylormade Solar Solutions Private LimitedÂ to ÂTaylormade Renewables Private LimitedÂ pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on November 23, 2017 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli dated December 12, 2017. Consequently, the Company was converted to public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 13, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂTaylormade Renewables LimitedÂ. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, on December 21, 2017 bearing Corporate Identification Number U29307GJ2010PLC061759.

- Bagging the assignment for providing the solar dish cookers to Prestigious IIT Roorkee, ISRO, BHEL among others.

2014

- Govt. of India, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has awarded Taylormade Solar Solutions as the Most Active Channel Partner in the county for Concentrated Solar Thermal Technologies, Presented by Piyush Goyal, Honorable Minister of Power, Coal & NRE.

2015

- The Company was bestowed upon Award for Influential Solar Energy Leaders by solar energy global conference award

2016

- Received Award for most active channel partner in India by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India for the contribution in the field Solar Renewable energy.
