Technopack Polymers Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our company was incorporated as Technopack Polymers Pvt. Ltd. under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad bearing Registration No. 103581 and the certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies at Ahmedbad. Our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on 11th July, 2022 and the name of our Company was changed to ÂTechnopack Polymers LimitedÂ. Consequently, a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC on 15th July, 2022.Â

2022Â

- Company started research and development (R & D) for new product development of High Speed Cap Closure production line-Shrink Film production work with our Brand from our other group companies-Baby Care product with our brand from other companies to add the companyÂs bottom line.Â

-Technopack Polymers Limited has ordered SACMI 26/22 Beverages Cap Production Line with capacity of 60000 Cap/Hour from SACMI IMOLA S.C., ITALY and transferred 25% advance payment of EURO 232500.00 to SACMI IMOLA S.C. total invoice amount is EURO 930000.00, Total project cost is around Rs. 108800000.00

-Technopack Polymers - Intimation Of Commencement Of Commercial Production Of SACM126/22 Beverages Cap Production Line.

-The Company is going to launch 26/22 mm SHORT NECK Preform with brand new mold, only few manufacturers in INDIA are producing this 26/22 mm SHORT NECK Preform.Â

2024

-Technopack Polymers Limited is now officially associated as a supplier with Adani Group which involves supply of specially designed polymer products. This collaboration is driving immediate positive impact on our sales, profitability and overall growth.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
