Consequently, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Tirupati Forge Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated August 11, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad.
