Tirupati Tyres Limited was inititally formed as a private
limited company, with the name as Tirupati Tyres Private Limited on 3rd May,
1988. On 2nd January, 1995 the Company became public limited Company and the
name was changed to Tirupati Tyres Limited. The name change was also intended to
make it sound broader base and convey the impression of well diversified tyre
manufacturing and trading company. The conversion into a public limited company
was done in order to enhance the capital base of the Company. In the this
sector, a strong resource base is an important factor for success.

The Company is currently engaged in manufacturing, buying,
selling, dealing in wholesale and in retail importing and accounting of all
kinds of tyres & tubes for cycles, bicycles, tricycles, moped, scooters,
motorcycles, auto rickshaws, tractors, trucks, buses, car and other self moving
vehicles.

-Tirupati Tyres equity shares are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'T' Group Securities.
-Tirupati Tyres Importer & exporter of tyres has bagged orders worth Rs 14 crore.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 2:1 at par.

-Company name has changed to Tirupati Innovar Ltd. from Tirupati Tyres Ltd..
