Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Trident Techlabs Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 9, 2000, issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi (“RoC”). Subsequently, the name of the company was changed from ‘Trident Techlabs Private Limited’ to ‘Trident Techlabs Limited’, upon conversion into public company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on May 12, 2023, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued by the RoC on May 30, 2023.
