TTL Enterprises Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company on 02 nd November, 1988 as ‘Trupti Twisters Private Limited’, under the provision of Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Name of our company was changed to “Trupti Twisters Limited” from “Trupti Twisters Private Limited” vide a fresh certificate of Incorporation dated 16th June 1992 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmadabad, Gujarat. The Name of our company was changed to TTL Enterprises Limited from Trupti Twisters Limited pursuant to Order of NCLT Ahmadabad bench on 22nd October, 2018, vide fresh certificate of Incorporation dated 05th March 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmadabad, Gujarat.

Recently in the year 2022 company has changed its object clause and entered into the business of Agri Commodity trading and allied businesses and started the business of trading in Edible and No Edible Oils, Oil Seeds, derivatives, Agri Produces etc.
