The Company was incorporated as a public limited company on 6.1.95 and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 6.2.95. The main activity of the Company is manufacture of polished diamonds out of rough diamonds. The uncut diamonds, otherwise known as rough diamonds will be procured by the Company locally in India through sources in Bombay,
Surat, etc. The rough diamonds would then be processed and made ready for exports.
