(UK) for reselling their help desk software for call centers in India.

The Company has also developed products based on CTI Technology.

- The Company has a capacity of processing 1800 million Keystrokes, and also has
the capabilities for Microfilming.

- Amex Information Technologies has launched an open-ended call centre software
product called Open Support Management. The Company has entered into an agreement
with iDesk Plc of the UK for marketing and support of the software in India.

2002

-Amex Information Technologies Ltd has informed that the company has accepted resignation of Mr. Ajay Saluja as Director of the company with effect from October 1, 2002. The company has also accepted resignation of Ms Shalu Bhandari as Company Secretary with effect from August 1, 2002.

2004

-Amex Information Technologies enters into MoU with Astron Document, Chennai on september 30, 2004

2005

-Amex Information Technologies Ltd has informed that Mr. Vinesh Patel has resign from the Board of the Directors of the Company with effect from April 01, 2005

2006

-Company has been changed from "Amex Information Technologies Ltd" to "Tutis Technologies Ltd"

2007

-Company has created an E-mail ID for investor's complaints which is as follows:

2011

-The Company has bagged an order on UID project for an amount of approx Rs. 12 crores.

2013

-The Company shifted registered office to Unit No. 609, 6th Floor,
