Our Company was originally incorporated on December 10, 2018 at Kolkata, West Bengal as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of ÂVedant Poly Fabs Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation bearing CIN: U25209WB2018PTC229187 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata dated December 13, 2018. Later our Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 7, 2025 and consequently the name of the Company was changed from ÂVedant Poly Fabs Private Limited to ÂVedant Poly Fabs Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 21, 2025 pursuant to the conversion of Private Limited Company to the Public Limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre bearing Corporate Identification Number U25209WB2017PLC229187.

- The company got incorporated in the name of ÂVedant Poly Fabs Private LimitedÂ
- Commenced operations with manufacturing printed plastic LD products
2020
- We obtained UDYAM registration under the MSME framework.
2023
- Expanded our product portfolio by commencing milk and oil printed plastic rolls.
2025
- Installed a reprocessing unit for processing plastic waste generated during manufacturing and reuse in certain applications.
- Our Company converted from a Private Limited company to a Public Limited company in the name of ÂVedant Poly Fabs LimitedÂ
2026
- Expanded manufacturing operations through addition of lamination, slitting and pouching machinery.
