YEAR EVENTS
1990 - The Company was Incorporated on 18th June. The Company's object
is to manufacture granite tiles.

- The Company undertook to set up a 100% EOU for manufacture of
65,000 sq. mtr. per annum of granite tiles and 15,000 sq. mtr.
per annum of granite panels at Arepalle village, Hanumakonda
Mandal, Warangal district, Andhra Pradesh. It was promoted by
P Janardhan Reddy, S. Sudhakar Reddy, G. Dander Reddy. The
project envisages setting up of a 100% EOU to manufacture cut
and polish granite panels and tiles.

- The company's plant is located at a piece of land admeasuring
13.07 acres at Arepalle Village. The major plant and machinery
would be imported from Italy.

1992 - The Company entered into an agreement with M/s. Barclays Bank
Plc on 9th April for payment to the supplier of machinery on
Production of shipping and other documents Hindustan Power Plus
Ltd. and Kirloskar Electric Company supplied the necessary
indigenous machinery, know how for equipment operation was being
supplied by Te Ma Longinottle, Frugoli, Italy.

- 25,50,000 No. of equity shares issued, subscribed and paid up.
70,40,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each were issued at par
in 1992 of which the following were reserved for allotment on
firm basis:

- (1) 20,70,000 shares to Indian Directors, their friends and
relatives;

- (2) 10,00,000 shares to NRIs;

- (3) 2,50,000 to APIDC;

- (4) 2,00,000 shares to Canbank Mutual Fund;

- (5) 2,50,000 shares to Indbank Mutual Fund;

- (6) 3,00,000 shares to LIC Mutual Fund;

- (7) Of the remaining 3,52,000 shares reserved for allotments on
preferential basis to employees (only 70,500 shares taken up).
Remaining 26,18,000 shares along with 2,81,500 shares not taken
up by employee and to the public. Additional 7,56,000 shares
allotted to retain oversubscription (3,10,500 shares to Indian
resident, directors and 4,45,500 shares to public).

2012

-Company has changed its name from La Mansion Granites Ltd. to Vertical Industries Ltd.

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to "Flat NO 106, 1st Floor, Nirmal Towers, Dwarkapuri Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad - 500082

2014
-The Company has changed its Registrar and Transfer Agent to: Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited 12-10-167, Bharat Nagar, Hyderabad -500018.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from old address to # F-201, Krishna Kamala Residency Besides Satyasai Nigamagamam Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad - 500073 Ph : 040 -64523706. Email : [email protected]
