The Company was converted from private limited to public limited on 22.04.2017 and consequently the name of the Company was changed from Vernes infotech Pvt. Ltd. to Vernes Infotech Ltd. Thereafter the name of the company was changed to 'Vivanta Industries Ltd.' on 27.04.2017.
2023 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:4.
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
