History & Business of the Company

The Company was promoted on 18.01.93 by Mr.Surendra Kumar Jain,
Mr.Sajan Kumar Jain and Mr.Pawan Arya to act as consultants and
advisors for all kinds of accounts, finance issue of share,
company secretarial work etc. The company passed a resolution to
amend its memorandum of Association so as to enable it to act as
Registrars to the issue and share Transfer Agents on 16.06.93
and the alteration was confirmed by the company law Board on
27th Dec. 1993. The company is a Category I Registrar to Issue
and share transfer Agents. It has handled about 8-9 issues in
the capacity as registrar and is associated with several
forthcoming issues. lt is also the share transfer agents for
some companies. Apart from this, it is also engaged in
processing of Board Examination results, electricity and
telephone bills and software development.

The company already has branch offices in various cities viz.,
Bombay, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Calcutta and Ahmedabad During the
first year it was able to get an income from sales services of
Rs.2,592,880.00. It has been able to improve its performance
and income for the six months from April to September 1994 is
50.66 lacs.

2006

-Delists shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd (CSE) w.e.f. May 16, 2005.

2010

- SPS International Ltd has appointed Mr. Ankur Jain as Additional Director on the Board of the Company.

2024
-Company name has changed to VK Global Industries Ltd. from SPS International Ltd..

2025

-Company announces that, commencement of Commercial Productions of Hydroponic Farm unit.
