Our Company was originally incorporated on July, 2010 as ÂYash Optics & Lens Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from ÂYash Optics & Lens Private LimitedÂ to ÂYash Optics & Lens LimitedÂ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 29, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Centralised Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U36101MH2010PLC205889.

2024Â

-Converted to Public Limited Company and Name changed to ÂYash Optics & Lens LimitedÂ.
