the Company was originally incorporated as ‘Zeal Global Services Private Limited’ as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated February 13, 2014, issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 27, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to “Zeal Global Services Limited”. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated April 25, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74950DL2014PLC264849. Mr. Nipun Anand and Mr. Vishal Sharma are the Promoters of the Company.
