Zelio E-Mobility Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company in the name of “Zelio Auto Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated on July 15, 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, bearing CIN: U34102HR2021PTC096362. Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 25, 2024, the name of the Company was changed from “Zelio Auto Private Limited” to “Zelio E-Mobility Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre vide letter dated November 21, 2024. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on November 22, 2024 and consequently the name of the Company was changed from “Zelio E-Mobility Private Limited” to “Zelio E-Mobility Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated November 29, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. the Company’s Corporate Identity Number is U34102HR2021PLC096362. Niraj Arya, Kunal Arya and Deepak Arya were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
