Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on December 22, 2023, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Archit Nuwood Industries Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on December 27, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.
