This practice is followed since many years in the country. The customer will book for refilling a new cylinder once it is empty either through SMS mode or online more or IVRS mode or by using the mobile app or by physically visiting the dealer.
After the booking of an LPG gas cylinder is done, the dealer will get the booking details of the customer and will, in turn, generate a bill and dispatch the cylinder to the customer’s home for home delivery through the delivery team. The delivery boy will deliver the LPG cylinder to the customer's house and will collect the price of the LPG cylinder along with the delivery charges after handing over the LPG cylinder bill to the customer.
