Here are a few stock ideas from leading brokerage houses in the country.

Voltas:

Prabhudas Lilladher is bullish on Voltas and has recommended accumulate rating on the stock with a target price of Rs 115 in its March 18, 2013 research report.

"Voltas highlighted that though the overall domestic market continues to be subdued, company continues to see order inflow and enquires, largely from Industrial segment and IT/ITES sector

SKS Microfinance:

Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com advises traders to buy SKS Microfinance at current levels.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "I would buy SKS Microfinance . It fell from Rs 185 to Rs 135 that is a bear market for all practical purposes. Then it stopped. It started building a small base. It is not very large but at least it is a base. It is better than stocks that keep on falling and then suddenly start going up. So, compared to those stocks SKS Microfinance has a better pedigree as of now."

HCL Tech:

Buying opportunity is seen in HCL Tech at current levels, says Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "We have been talking about HCL Technologies and suggesting buying in it for a long time now. The important point is to buy stocks that are already showing strength, buy them on days when they are consolidating and they are going through a dip."

DLF:

Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com advises traders to buy DLF on every decline.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Till tomorrow it is not a good idea to go short in anything. Actually it is not a good idea to go long and go short anywhere. However, if the Nifty were to slide and that seems likely, we have to understand that not all stocks in the real estate sector can be shorted - only the ones those are in the F&O segment."
