The sensex ended the day at 25317.87 higher by 424.06 points or 1.70%. While, nifty ended up by 129.45 points or 1.71% at 7688.25.

Infosys informed that the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) concluded its investigation with a determination of compliance regarding labor condition applications filed in the Southern California Edison project.

Infosys fully cooperated with the DOL in its investigation, and over 145 files were reviewed, with no violations found, the company said in the press release.
