In the form, consumers need to mention in the product price at which it is being sold in the market along with pre and post GST rates, if they found companies are not passing the applicable tax benefit post GST cuts to consumers.

For local complaints, the complaint has to be addressed for state screening and for pan-India complaints these need to be addressed to the anti-profiteering standing committee.
In respect of each of the product and service, a separate complaint has to be filed with the authorities with property documentary evidence such as the price list, receipt or detailed working sheet.
