Dividend Stocks Today: Shares of Acceleratebs India, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd, and NMDC Ltd will trade ex-dividend today. Additionally, seven more companies have fixed Friday, March 21, as the record date for stock split and bonus issue.

A company fixes record dates to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive benefit of corporate actions like dividend payments, bonus share issues, and stock split divisions. The record date for the dividend means that the shareholders owning these dividend stocks on or before the record date will be eligible for dividend payment.

A total of four stocks including Acceleratebs India, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd, and NMDC Ltd, will trade ex-dividend today.

NMDC Dividend 2025

The Navratna Public Sector Undertaking, NMDC Limited, on March 17, announced the first interim dividend of Rs 2.30 per share of the face value of Re 1 each for the financial year 2024-25. NMDC share price opened at Rs 66.60 per share on BSE on Friday.

NMDC Dividend 2025: Who is eligible for dividends?

The company, in its stock exchange filing, mentioned that only those equity shareholders of NMDC whose names appear the Register of Members will get the benefit of equity shares.

"The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday, 17th March 2025 inter-alia declared 1st Interim Dividend @ Rs 2.30 (Rupees Two and thirty paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs 1/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid / dispatched within the prescribed timelines as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 to those equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members / records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the equity shares as on Friday, the 21st March 2025, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose," said the PSU giant in a stock exchange filing on 17th March.

IRFC Dividend 2025

The Indian Railway's lending arm, IRFC, earlier announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.8000 per share on BSE. IRFC shareholders owning the stock on or before Friday will be eligible for the dividend payment.

"This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30, 42 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and other applicable Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, 17th March 2025 inter alia, considered and approved the declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.80/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024- 25," said PSU company in a stock exchange filing on 17th March.

IRFC share price today

IRFC shares opened in green today as the company scrip was trading 1.17% higher at Rs 129.95 per share on BSE during Friday's early trade session. IRFC stock value has increased by over 3.86% in last one month.

Acceleratebs India dividend 2025

The microcap IT solutions provider, Acceleratebs India Limited, announced a dividend of 8% or Rs0.8 per share to the investors. The company, with a market capitalisation of Rs 45.18 crore, fixed March 21, as dividend record.

Acceleratebs India shares were trading 1.86% higher at Rs 131.40 apiece during early trade session on Friday.

CG Power and Industrial Dividend

A BSE 200 company, CG Power and Industrial Limited stocks will trade ex-dividend today. The power company had announced a dividend of Rs 1.3 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The company scrip was trading 0.08% higher at Rs 655 per share during early trading period on Friday.
