Gold Price In India, July 3: Check Latest Gold Prices, Silver Jumps For 3rd Consecutive Day

Gold prices in India today remained steady after witnessing rally on July 2. Meanwhile, US gold prices surged on July 3 as the US Dollar eased. 22k gold prices today in India stood at Rs 66,350/10 grams and 100 grams of 22 carat yellow metal prices on July 3 remained unchanged at Rs 6,63,500. 24k prices today remained steady at Rs 72,380/10 grams and 100 grams of 24 carat precious metal prices today stood at Rs 7,23,800.

18k gold price in India today is retailing at Rs 54,290/10 grams and 100 grams of 18 carat yellow metal prices are quoting at Rs 5,42,900.

Meanwhile, traders' focus shifted to minutes from the Federal Reserve's latest policy meeting for fresh cues on the timing of the central bank's interest rate cuts.

According to Reuters, analysts at Citi said they expect gold investment demand to rise to absorb almost all mine supply over the next 12-18 months, but added that the main downside risk to their bullish base case forecast is China retail demand being lower than anticipated, owing to quotas on imports. "Weaker central bank demand or a delay to the Fed normalizing interest rates are also risks to the strong investment demand thesis," they said in a note.

Spot Gold, Spot Silver Prices Today: Spot gold surged 0.1% at $2,331.41 per ounce, as of 0026 GMT. US gold futures zoomed 0.3% to $2,340.50. Spot silver rallied 0.2% to $29.56, platinum added 0.6 per cent at $996.64 and palladium lost 0.8 per cent to $978.80., according to Reuters.

Silver Prices Today: Silver prices in India today rallied again for 3rd consecutive day by Rs 500 to Rs 91,500/kg. 100 grams of silver prices today jumped by Rs 50 to Rs 9150.
