Gold Price In India Jumps Again, Sept 14: 24k/100 Grams Gold Prices Zoom Rs 4,400; Silver Rises Rs 5,500

Gold prices in India today witnessed rally for second consecutive day amid bullish moment triggered by rising likelihood of US Federal Reserve slashing interest rate next week. Silver prices India recorded gain of Rs 5,500 in just last 2-days. 22k gold prices today in India surged by Rs 400 to Rs 68,650/10 grams and 100 grams of 22 carat precious metal prices today rallied by Rs 4000 to Rs 6,86,500 in the country on Saturday. 24k gold prices today stood at Rs 74,890/10 grams after gain of Rs 440 and 100 grams of 24k yellow metal prices are retailing at Rs 7,48,900 after jump of Rs 4,400.

18k gold prices today rose by Rs 330 to Rs 56,170/10 grams and 100 grams of 18 carat gold price today turned expensive by Rs 3,300 to Rs 5,61,700. 1 gram gold rate today for 22k gold prices stood at Rs 6,865 as prices surged by Rs 40 and 1 gram gold price today for 24k gold prices edged higher by Rs 44 to Rs 7,489. 1 gram gold prices today for 18k gold gained by Rs 33 to 5,617.

Spot Gold, Spot Silver Prices Today: Spot gold was trading at record levels, up 0.9 per cent at $2,582.04 per ounce by 1:45 p.m ET (1745 GMT). US gold futures settled 1.2 per cxent higher to $2,610.70. Spot silver rose 2.3 per cent to $30.61 and platinum added 2.4 per cent to $1,000.57. Palladium rose 2 per cent to $1,067.43 and has surged about 17 per cent so far this week, according to Reuters.

According to Reuters, "gold will likely break above $2,532. Only strong macroeconomic data, particularly from the U.S., indicating significant growth or economic improvement, could stop its upward trend," said Kelvin Wong, OANDA's senior market analyst for Asia Pacific.
