Gold Price India, June 21: Sharp Jump In Yellow Metal; Silver Prices Rise By Rs 4800 In 10-Days

Gold prices today jumped in India as weak economic data from the US spurred likelihood that Federal Reserve would slash interest rates this year. Meanwhile, silver prices in India too recorded sharp rally on Jun 21 as prices soared by Rs 1500 to Rs 94,000/kg. 22k gold prices today jumped by Rs 750 to Rs 67,150/10 grams and 100 grams of 22 carat yellow metal prices today rallied by Rs 7500 to Rs 6,71,500.

24k gold prices today in India rose by Rs 810 to Rs 73,250/10 grams and 100 grams of 24 carat yellow metal prices today spiked by Rs 8,100 to Rs 7,32,500 in the country.

Spot Gold, Spot Silver Prices Today: Spot gold stayed little changed at $2,358.31 per ounce, as of 0139 GMT. US gold futures gained 0.2% to $2,372.90. Prices touched a two-week high on Thursday, its highest level since June 7. Meanwhile, bullion rose 1.2% so far this week. Spot silver declined 0.5% to $30.56 per ounce, platinum surged 0.3% at $981.00 and palladium gained 0.3% to $926.00., according to Reuters.
