IRCON International shares gained ground in today's trade (April 6, 2021), rising over 3% to day's high price of Rs. 92.35 versus the previous close of Rs. 89.3 on the NSE in the previous session.
The board of Directors at its meet on Monday announced the issuance of fully paid up of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. fully paid-up equity share for every one share held. In the exchange filing, the company said record date will be announced in due course.

Further as per the company, bonus equity share issuance will be made from the reserves of the company as on March 31, 2020.
At around 11:33 am, the stock of Ircon International traded higher by 1.9% at Rs. 91.
