Tips industries in its exchange filing to BSE has said, "Sub-Division/ Split of existing 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each fully paid up, subject to approval of the shareholders and such authorities as may be required."

It added, "Alteration of the Clause V (Capital Clause) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and Article 3 (Capital) of the Article of Association of the Company on account of subdivision/split of existing Equity Share of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders and such authorities as may be required."
