Online premium payment for LIC's life insurance policies has made it easier for Policyholders to keep track of the status of their policies. The LIC's online portal now includes a variety of payment options for loan repayment, interest payments, premium payments, and policy renewal. These services are available 24/7 from the comfort of your own home and are completely free of charge. You will receive the e-receipt immediately after making a successful payment, without having to wait for someone to complete the formalities on your behalf. Here is how you can make payment of lic premium using phonepe, google pay and paytm.
How to pay LIC Premium through Google Pay?
To pay LIC Premium with Google Pay, follow these steps.
Step-1: Open GooglePay App on your device.
Step 2: On the home page, click + New Payment to pay your LIC premium.
Nota bene: The Life Insurance Corporation services are also available under the Business categories.
Step 3: On the next page, select Bill Payments.
Step 4: You can view various services by category.
Step 5: To pay your LIC premium, scroll down and select the Insurance option.
Step 6: Look into different insurance service providers. Choose Life Insurance Corporation of India as your insurance provider (LIC).
Step 7: You must now link your LIC policy in order to easily pay and track your payments. Select Get started.
Step 8: On the next page, enter your policy number, email address, and account name from your LIC Policy Records in order to link your LIC policy and pay the premium.
Step 9: Once you've completed all of the details, click the blue icon to proceed to the next page.
Step 10: On the review page, go over the information you entered and then tap Link Account.
Step 11: Once your LIC Policy has been successfully linked with Google Pay, you can pay your life insurance premiums online by tapping on Pay bills.
You can also view policy details such as premium amount, LIC premium due date, and bill number.
Step 12: Choose Account (If having multiples bank payment modes added)
Step 13: After you've chosen an account, click the Pay Now button.
Finally, enter your UPI PIN and complete payment.
You can see your LIC payment status as paid with the date of payment once you complete the LIC premium payment through Google Pay App.
How to pay LIC premium online via Paytm?
- Download and Install the Paytm App
- Open the Paytm app and create an account.
- Choose LIC of India as the insurer.
- Enter the policy number.
- Examine policy information such as the policy number, policyholder's name, premium due date, instalment number, and premium amount.
- Choose your preferred insurance offers and promotional codes.
- Tap on Proceed to Payment and select a payment method.
- Make your payment.
Paytm will send you a message to your registered email and mobile number after you make a successful payment.
How to pay your LIC of India premium Using PhonePe?
Step-1: Download and Install the PhonePe app
Step 2: Launch the PhonePe app and select the LIC Premium icon.
Step 3: Enter the information, calculate the owed amount, and pay.
Step 4: Click 'View Receipt' to instantly view and download the receipt for tax purposes.
