BSNL New OTT Plan: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has recently launched its latest plan, which includes multiple OTT subscriptions ahead of the beginning of the Indian Premier League. The state-run telecom services provider has launched an attractive plan which will include subscription to OTT platforms like JioHotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, etc.

BSNL's new mobile recharge plan will cost less than Rs 170 on a monthly basis. The state-run BSNL's new mobile plan will bundle major OTT platforms for three months and let subscribers watch all their favourite cricket matches. The BSNL OTT plan costs Rs 499. The plan has a validity of 90 days, which means that BSNL users will have to spend around Rs 167 on mobile recharge.

The offer brings JioHotstar, SonyLIV, and Zee5 together under one recharge, giving customers a single option for sports and entertainment. Streams are available on mobile phones and televisions at the same time, so households can watch different content on separate screens without needing extra OTT subscriptions during the validity period.

BSNL Plan Add On Feature

BSNL announced the add-on pack through its official X handle, pricing it at Rs 499. The pack stays active for 90 days and can be linked to any existing BSNL prepaid or postpaid mobile plan. Users simply recharge with the add-on, and OTT access begins alongside their current telecom benefits.

The Rs 499 BSNL plan focuses on streaming access rather than extra data or calls. JioHotstar will show every match of the current T20 World Cup and IPL 2026. SonyLIV will carry other sports events in addition to regular programming, while Zee5 will provide more movies and series, giving subscribers a broad mix of content for three months.

BSNL Plan: Long Validity Option

Apart from the OTT plan, the operator has recently launched a separate long-term recharge of Rs 2,625. This pack runs for 365 days and is aimed at people who want to keep numbers active for a full year while maintaining regular usage benefits without frequent recharges.

The Rs 2,626 BSNL plan includes unlimited voice calls across India, free national roaming, 2.26GB of high-speed data per day, and 100 SMS per day. The offer remains available until February 24, 2026, allowing customers to lock in year-long benefits along with continuous connectivity on BSNL's network.
