The Board of Directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd. in an exchange filing has said, "Recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1 (100 %) per Equity Share (of face value of Re .1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 and also recommended a One-time Special Dividend of Rs.14 (1400 %) per Equity Share on account of the Company entering into its 40th year of business operations. The total Final and Special Dividend aggregating to Rs.15 (1500 %) is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 391h Annual General Meeting. The said Dividend will be paid on or before 30th June, 2023."

It added, "Bonus Issue: Recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Re. 1 / - each for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 1 / - each held by the Members of the Company on such date, as may be fixed in this regard by the Board as the Record Date and subject to the a pproval of the Members in the ensuing AGM."
