Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private limited company in the name of “Accretion Nutraveda Private Limited” on March 16, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and was granted a certificate of incorporation dated March 16, 2021, by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ahmedabad. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 12, 2025 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Accretion Nutraveda Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 02, 2025 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Ahmedabad. The present CIN of our Company is U24290GJ2021PLC121216.
