Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 in the name and style of “Adcounty Media India Private Limited” bearing Corporate Identification Number U93000RJ2017PTC057939 dated May 03, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a shareholders’ resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 27, 2024 and name of our Company was changed to “Adcounty Media India Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 28, 2024, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. As on date of this Red Herring Prospectus, the Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U93000RJ2017PLC057939.
