M V COTSPlN LTD, was incorporated on 17th November, 1993, under the Companies Act, 1956, having its Registered Office at 238-B, AJC Bose Road, Calcutta - 700 020. The Company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 23rd Noveber, 1993 from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta. It is presently engaged in setting up of the Open End Spinning Unit for the manufacture of export quality coarse cotton yarn with an installed capacity of 2992 M T per annum.

-The Company name has changed to Adhata Global Ltd. from MV Cotspin Ltd.

2025
-The company has entered into a Terms sheet with Signature Pannel Pvt Ltd to do anchor marketing of about 30% production of the plant of Signature Pannel Pvt Ltd.
