ICVL Steels Limited was incorporated on 4 th March, 2011. It obtained a Certificate of
Commencement of Business on 7t h J ul y 2011. Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement between
Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited and Intellivate Capital Advisors Limited and ICVL Chemicals
Limited and ICVL Steels Limited, the steel division of Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited was
demerged to ICVL Steels Limited. The scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited and Intellivate Capital Advisors Limited and ICVL Chemicals Limited and ICVL Steels Limited has been approved by the Honourable High Court on December 16 , 2011.

2012

-ICVL Steels Ltd got its shares listed on the Exchange in the list of 'T' Group Securities.

2013
- ICVL Steels Ltd.as splitting of shares of the Company from Rs 10 each to Rs 1 each.

2023
-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 10:3 at par.
-Company name has changed to Aerpace Industries Ltd. from Supremex Shine Steels Ltd.

2025
-Andhra Pradesh Signs MoU With Aerpace To Develop India's First Drone City.
-Aerpace Industries Unveils Smart Kamikaze and Surveillance Drones.
