Our Company was incorporated as “HSAM Clearing Services Private Limited” on December 02, 2002 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai bearing Registration number 138078. Subsequently, name of our company was changed to “Ami Clearing & Forwarding Private Limited” vide special resolution dated March 01, 2004 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on March 15, 2004 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, the name of our company was changed to “Amiable Logicstic (India) Private Limited” vide a special resolution dated February 15, 2010 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on March 31, 2010 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, the name of our Company was corrected to “Amiable Logistic (India) Private Limited” vide Special Resolution dated May 17, 2010 by removing “c” from the word “Logicstic” and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on July 01, 2010. Again, the name of our Company was corrected to “Amiable Logistics (India) Private Limited” vide Special Resolution dated July 12, 2010 by adding “s” in the word “Logistic” and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on August 14, 2010 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The status of our Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Amiable Logistics (India) Limited” vide special resolution dated March 24, 2022. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on April 25, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The CIN of our Company is U63090MH2002PLC138078.
