Our Company was incorporated in the name and style of ÂAmir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) LimitedÂ as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued on August 29, 2003 by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Our Company was granted its certificate for commencement of business on May 13, 2004.

Major Events and Milestones:

2003

- Incorporation as a public limited company

2005

- Acquired erstwhile M/s. Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar, proprietorship firm of Jagdish Kumar Suri, our Promoter, vide a Takeover Agreement dated January 14, 2005, through which all assets and liabilities were acquired, including the Unit II and Unit III

2008

- Our revenue achieved more than ?5,000 million

2009

- Awarded the status of a Star Trading House by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

2010

- Acquired land in Amritsar for setting up Unit I with turbine plant

2012

- Received certificate of registration of rice mill for conforming to standard operating procedures for export to USA by the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage, Government of India

2013

- Enhanced installed capacity of Unit I from 384 MT/day to 576 MT/day

2015

- Received certificate of registration of rice mill for conforming to standard operating procedures for export to China by the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage, Government of India

2017

- Awarded the status of a Three Star Export House by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India

- Received approval from Export Inspection Council of India for processing of basmati rice for our Unit II

2018

- Launched the e-commerce website of the Company

2020

- Incorporated ACJK Foods Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary

2022

- Started production and packaging of new products such as atta, besan, sugar, salt, sooji, and maida

2025

- Registered a total of 100 trademarks, including 70 in India and 30 across 26 countries, and 22 copyrights in India
