The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Anlon Technology Solutions Private Limited’ on July 28, 2015 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. the Company has received a Certificate of Registration of Regional Director order for Change of State by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated June 05, 2017 pursuant to shifting of the registered office of the Company from the State of Karnataka to the State of Maharashtra. Pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 30, 2022, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Anlon Technology Solutions Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 13, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
