Ardee Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Ardee Industries Private Limited’, a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 16, 1993, issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a board resolution dated March 29, 2025, and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in an extra-ordinary general meeting held on April 1, 2025, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Ardee Industries Limited’. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 6, 2025, consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Our Company’s Corporate Identity Number is U24294DL1993PLC405804.

- Acquisition of our Company by present Promoters and promoter group from erstwhile promoters by way of transfer of 100% the then issued and paid up share capital of our Company.
- Taken over manufacturing operations of pure lead and lead alloys
- Receipt of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) for manufacture and supply of lead and lead alloy ingots
- Commenced export of products

2023
- Listing of our brand ‘Ardee’ on the MCX platform

2024
- Receipt of ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) for manufacture and supply of lead and lead alloy ingots

2025
- Achieved turnover of ? 5,000 million
- Increase in the installed capacity of our Manufacturing Facility from 54,750 MTPA to 1,04,025 MTPA
- Listing of our brand ‘ARDEE LEAD 9997’ on the LME platform

2026
- Received an accreditation of our in-house testing laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” in the field of testing by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories
- Increase in the installed capacity of our Manufacturing Facility from 104,025 MTPA to 156,950 MTPA
