Asian Warehousing Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on the May 8, 2012 as Asian Warehousing Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Our Company was subsequently converted into public limited company and consequently name was changed to “Asian Warehousing Limited” (AWL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 8, 2018 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

The Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its order dated April 10, 2015 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between R T Exports Limited (“Demerged Company”) and Asian Warehousing Limited (“Resulting Company”) and their respective shareholders and creditors for De-Merger of the Warehousing Division of R T Exports Limited into Asian Warehousing Limited.
