Avro India Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as “Nira Investments Private Limited” on July 01, 1996 under the Companies Act, 1956 with a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Bangalore. Thereafter the name of the Company was changed from “Nira Investments Private Limited” to “Nira Marketing Appliances Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Bangalore on August 01, 2002. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed from “Nira Marketing Appliances Private Limited” to “Avon Moldplast Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Bangalore on November 11, 2002.

- Split of one Equity Share of Rs. 100 each into Ten Equity Share of Rs. 10 each

- Conversion of the Company to public limited company in the name of the “Avon Moldplast Limited”

-The Company has purchased Injection Moulding machine due which capacity of plastic furniture has been increased from 42,00,000 pcs per annum to 44,00,000 pcs per annum.

-Avro India Ltd. has been awarded for scoring in top 100 SME of India in the overall evaluation of financial & non-financial parameters.

-The Company has successfully installed one of two plastic recycling extruder machine With this, plastic recycling capacity of Company has increased from 500 MT per month to 750MT per month.
